One team per school, maximum 5 per team 
$50 per team, $45 for CBCA members

Terms and Conditions
Teams must not be coached. Students must work together to decide who reads what titles and to make up their own questions to test each other.
Sample questions and some guidance may be necessary if teams are not familiar with the style of questioning.

Registration

Register your team/s in March if you agree with the terms and conditions.  ​
This requires upfront payment via credit card of $50 per team or $45 per team for CBCA members. Make sure your membership is up to date, and you have the membership code for 2025 before you register your team/s.

Join/renew CBCA Qld (January to December) to receive the membership code for the discounted rate.

• On payment via Trybooking you will receive a membership code to use when registering a team to receive a $5 discount per team on checkout. The code is issued immediately in the confirmation email.
• Other methods (Direct deposit etc) require manual processing and will take usually 3 business days after receipt of funds.  Do not register your team until you receive your membership code.

What if I can't pay Readers Cup registration by credit card?

• Download a generic invoice for your team/s. CBCA Member invoice. Non-member invoice.
• Process via your finance area. 
• On receipt of payment, we will issue a receipt that contains a special code for you to use when you complete the registration of your team via Trybooking. When you add the code at the point of sale, it will give 100% discount.
• This process of paying via invoice is not immediate - it will take a few days after funds are received.
